I'm a Jane Vella groupie which means that I believe in the learner as the center of and determinant for developing an educational program.

I'm a Margaret Wheatley groupie in believing that the ways we work together are far more powerful than any disciplinary ideology, and that we can recognize and honor those patterns, and construct our mutual learning from them, just by paying close attention to one another.

I'm a Vermont groupie in believing that we have developed intensely caring, effective, and efficient ways of supporting young children and their families, and we can easily share that learning with one another.

I am very flexible and willing to negotiate a rate based on preparing the course/workshop/ travel time/ instructional time/ and individualized follow-up if desired.
I seldom to one off workshops, unless there is a particular emerging need that interests me. Usually I help groups to create full courses or full degree programs.
