Adults, like children, learn through their experiences. Together we will practice the skills that are being addressed as well as discuss them and learn together.

I will let people know what to expect from me and what I expect from them. I will lead by example.

I will be flexible with the needs of the class and make time for changes in the curriculum based on the needs of the students. I will vary my instruction so that I can address the needs of each individual learner and accommodate a variety of learning styles.
I like to have fun and lead an interactive workshop with time to move around, practice new skills and get the most out of the training.
