Training family childcare providers in the Start With the Arts model of developmentally appropriate, literacy based arts, with an emphasis on children with special needs. Each provider is enrolled in the program for a 12-week course, during which I model the approach with the children in their care for one hour-long session each week. In addition I provide 8 hours of further training to the provider during the 12 weeks.

As a member of the support staff team I handled menu planning, food purchasing and preparation; maintenance of the staff handbook; oversight of the camp�s American Camping Association re-accreditation process; and acted as transportation coordinator for our small fleet of camp vans.
