I am an experienced educational leader and consultant dedicated to helping schools and organizations strengthen their leadership capacity, staff culture, and community connections. Over the past 25 years, I’ve served in roles ranging from classroom teacher to Co-Head of School at The Common School in Amherst, MA—leading initiatives in DEIB, admissions, curriculum development, teacher training, and professional growth. My work now focuses on developing workshop content for early childhood educators and partnering with school leaders and teams to cultivate thriving, inclusive, and mission-driven learning communities.
