Currently I am Education Manager, Practice based coach for Head Start. I hold multiple certification in CLASS, Pyramid, and PBC. I am currently one of our centers Director. I also hold a teaching license to teach Birth-grade 3.

CLASS observer certified for Preschool, Infant and Toddler.
TPOT, TPITOS certified observer

Education Manager, Rutland County Head Start: Rutland VT, Aug 2023-Present
Over see all of Head Start's Education Performance standards including oversight of all teaching staff, curriculum, environments, child assessment and professional development. I provide training around head start standards, curriculum, assessments, child development. I am also our programs coach, trained in Practice based coaching and support teachers in their teaching practices. I am also a certified CLASS, TPOT, TPITOS observer and do yearly observations of all classrooms. Director of one center and UPK licensed teacher.
