| My approach to instructing adults is rooted in the belief that learning must be both practical and participatory. I prioritize real-world application, designing instruction that directly connects to learners’ goals, roles, and challenges. Whether through scenario-based activities, hands-on practice, or problem-solving tasks, I aim to ensure that learning is immediately usable and relevant. Equally important is creating a collaborative environment where dialogue is central. I view adult learners as co-creators of knowledge and actively foster peer exchange, group discussion, and reflective dialogue. This not only builds community, but also deepens understanding and empowers learners to bring their lived experiences into the learning process. |
