Work Experience

I have worked in Early Education for over 30 years. I started as a toddler assistant teacher, worked up to lead teacher, then assistant director. I have taught children aged infant to school aged with the majority of experience with infants/toddlers. I am currently the Executive Director of three ABC Academy locations in Milton & St. Albans. My main responsibilities include billing, subsidy, ACT 166, mentoring, staff support, family support and all things in running a program. My work started in 1993 and continues to this day. I have recently become a practice-based coach and completed my TPOT reliability. I serve as a mentor to employees working up the career ladder and would like to help facilitate trainings for our ever-growing program.
