I have been working in the field of Early Childhood Education since June 2001. Throughout my career, I have served in various roles, including Infant and Toddler Educator, Lead Teacher in the Toddler Classroom, Administrative Leader and Mentor for Infant and Toddler programs, Assistant Director overseeing all classrooms from birth through Pre-K. In addition, I have been the CACFP manager since 2017, and provide the required CACFP trainings to our teaching staff each year. In each of these roles, I have worked closely with educators, families, and children—valuing the importance of this triad in supporting each child’s development, fostering strong relationships, and creating a collaborative, nurturing learning environment. A key part of my work has been empowering and strengthening educators, helping them grow in confidence and skill so they can be the best they can be for the children and families they serve.
has received formal instruction in adult education or in the facilitation of learning for adults.
