I have been the Teaching Director at Spring Hill School since 2005. I have held a VT Teaching License with an endorsement in ECE since 2004, along with professional development required. I am a Snelling Center for Government ECLI (Early Childhood Leadership Institute) graduate (2019). I attended Study Tours in Reggio Emilia in 2006 and 2016.

Work Experience
I have worked at Spring Hill School since the fall of 2004. The first year I was a teacher, then took over as Teaching Director/Executive Director in 2005. Spring Hill School is a Reggio-Inspired preschool located in Waitsfield, VT serving children ages 3-5. In addition to my responsibilities as program director I am part of the morning teaching team 3 days/week.
