Responsibilities include the overall planning and implementation of curriculum (Creative Curriculum), the child outcomes assessment system, training and professional development initiatives, Head Start classroom operations, ensuring that all children with disabilities enrolled receive all the services to which they are entitled, and supervision of four centers, seven classrooms, and fifteen teachers. On an annual basis I am responsible for updating the program Education Services Plan and a Disabilities Services Plan to ensure that all components of Head Start are fulfilled.
