Work Experience

I have worked in youth development nonprofits for 15 years now. I studied elementary education (K-6) in undergraduate, and then earned my master's degree while working in International Peace and Conflict Resolution with a focus on Peace Education. Training has been a regular part of position since graduating in 2009, ranging from adult and young adult courses in the Peace Corps in 2011-2014 to leadership and consultancy roles dedicated to training trainers and educators on youth development best practices. In my current role as Executive Director at Milton Family Community Center, I oversee the development of 30 staff.
