1995-2017 Greater Burlington YMCA -Preschool Assistant: Led developmentally appropriate activities for children ages 2-3 years old -Family Programs Director: Coordianted and facilitated special family events and supervised youth classes. -School Age Director: Supervised various after school programs. -Early Learning Coordinator: Developed and facilitated a pilot play based program for families in under served communities. 2018-Present ECHO Center for Lake Champlain -ECHO Early Learning (EEL) Coordinator: Created, developed and provided 4 morning a week grant supported play based program for caregivers and their young children. Developed community and shared child development information for caregivers.
