I go into trainings with a desire to convey a couple core ideas, which can be used to help navigate any situation. 2. Remain open - with any group, I want attendees to feel comfortable and safe to listen, share comments/stories, and ask questions. I allow folks to participate as much as they desire, without pressure and without judgement. 3. Be engaging - while the topics I cover can be serious, I do not want them to be boring. I want people to be a part of the conversation by providing engaging, interactive material. |
