I have provided training for educators since 2014 where I was hired as mentor teacher in the UVM ECE Program.
From one on one meetings, to leading presentations with over 50 people in attendance, I gravitate towards support educators to continuously develop and refine our practice. Currently, I am being trained in the Coaching PD Project for educational coaches. I will use this training to support my work in a school as designated coach. I want to ensure that all the work these teachers are doing by engaging in trainings, is being honored.
