Work Experience
| I spent 5 years working in the classroom as a Lead teacher moving from infant though to toddlers at the Y Early Childhood program for UVMMC from 2016-2021. Then I had the opportuning to help open a school and we created ONE Arts Community school. I was the director of the main location and helped with regulations when we opened out second school. My job was support the staff and providing them the tools and knowledge they needed to surceased in the classroom. I worked with families and school district special educators to support children and their IEPS. I was the director for two years from 2021-2023. Recently I, this past fall, became the site director for The Homestead at Lakewood Commons. I am responsible for a staff of 20 and we have classrooms serving infants-preschool. This is a new building for the Homestead so I have been working with the staff to create a safe and nurturing place for the students and keeping with the practice's and policies that are reflected at the two other Homestead schools. | ||||||||||
