I have a bachelors degree in special education and elementary education. I have perviously worked as an early ed and elementary special educator. I have worked in early childhood education for over 10 years with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and after-schoolers.
has not received formal instruction in adult education or in the facilitation of learning for adults.

Work Experience

I am currently the Executive Director at ABC and LOL Child Care Center and Preschool located in St. Johnsbury Vermont. I have worked here since
June of 2021. As a director, I oversee 65 employees and maintain the enrollment of approximately 200 children at various locations. As a leader, I foster a supportive and productive work environment for all employees. Some of my duties include onboarding new staff, hosting staff meetings, evaluations for all employees and supporting with improvement plans if needed, onboarding all new children, billing, payroll, employee meeting, family meetings, overseeing curriculum and career development, and many other things. One of my favorite parts of the job is observing and supporting staff with professional development in the field of education.
