I lead a beginner Spanish class for adults who are learning to speak Spanish, but I would not be able to do a higher-level course in Spanish.
I highly value community-building through respectful and inclusive communication at all times so we can feel safe and connected (and hopefully able to learn more effectively).

My method of facilitating an adult learning group is by offering core instruction but also keeping open dialogue so we can learn from each other, ask questions, and share relevant experiences.

I believe that it can be harder to engage and learn as an adult at times, so I strive to find ways to keep everyone feeling included, interested, and successful. I want all of the participants in my training to walk away feeling inspired and with new tools and knowledge to use immediately.
