Senior Education Manager - full time
Oversee the delivery of all Group Programs, including school programs, outreach, camps, community STEM festivals, a virtual learning library, teacher professional development, STEM curriculum kits, and child-caregiver programs.
Hire, supervise, and develop members of the Group Programs team.
Manage large grant projects and other special initiatives, including task management, deliverable tracking, evaluation coordination, and reporting.

1. Everyone learns differently and I believe that instruction should be presented in a variety ways including active learning and small group work.
2. Adult learners have acquired their own areas of expertise and it is valuable to allow participants to learn not only from me, but from each other and I from them.
3. I believe in being well prepared, providing a comfortable learning environment and sharing my enthusiasm for STEM teaching in a way that motivates and inspires.
