I worked at Lebanon College for two years. I was the Program Director for the Early Childhood Program and adjunct Professor. I taught Early Childhood Development, Foundations of Early Childhood Behaviors, and Special Needs Child. I supervised two adjunct professors in my department. I planned the entire schedules for courses with appropriate instructors and times.

work with students k-12. In charge of several para professionals working with students, scheduling and paperwork for Special Education, meetings for IEP's, member of PBIS, EST, holding staff meetings for paras once a month, planning lessons for all students on caseload.
