Program Manager for the Early Childhood Mental Health Services for Rutland County, which includes Children's Integrated Services and Intensive Needs Mental Health Treatment birth to six. On the Management Team at Rutland Mental Health. Have worked at Rutland Mental Health since 1992. Began and developed all early childhood mental health services at RMHS. Supervise a staff of 12 ECFMH professionals. Provide mentoring to bachelor's and graduate students and ECFMH cohort trainees. Oversaw cohort of ECFMH credential applicants for 18months.

Specialist in treatment of families struggling with development trauma, attachment difficulties, post adoption. Level 1 DIR Floortime practitioner.
